Mega Kiwi Lemonade

The freshest ingredients make the most delightful drinks.

Move over boring lemonades! We always hear about the strawberry, raspberry, and traditional lemonades. Once you try this Mega Kiwi Lemonade you'll never go back! It’s freshly made lemonade, with fresh Mega Kiwi pulp and makes for a delightfully tangy beverage.

It's fresh, vibrant, and ready to rock your kids' lemonade stands this summer. This week a California friend of mine brought me some lemons the size of potatoes from her backyard tree. And seeing as I have some Mega Kiwi (also from California) I decided I needed to make an epic lemonade out of the perfect pair!

Here's what you need:

1 cup Sugar

1 cup fresh Lemon Juice

2 Mega Kiwi

1 quart Water

12 oz Sparkling Water

Directions:

Peel and puree kiwis.

Strain pureed Mega Kiwi to remove black seeds (optional - I used a cheese clothe).

Combine water sugar and lemon juice and stir until sugar is dissolved.

Fill glass 2/3 full of lemonade.

Add a splash of Mega Kiwi juice and fill with sparkling water.

*Add a slice of Mega Kiwi to the rim for an extra pop of color, or drop it in the drink for a beautiful added design and flavor!

Really, that's it! And this recipe is so easy to double or triple for parties or events. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days for best results.

Enjoy!
