I know, I know, it is supposed to snow tonight. I DON'T CARE. I can feel an early spring coming and I am so ready for the warm weather! Why wait until summer for a cold treat? I had a cartons Mega Kiwi and strawberries staring at me from the fridge begging to be turned into something amazing. I tried a simple Mega Kiwi sorbet last season, and decided I wanted to try a twisted flavor. This Strawberry Kiwi Sorbet does not disappoint! Maybe my next venture will be Kiwi Avocado :D

Ingredients:
2 Mega Kiwi, peeled, sliced, with seeds extracted.
1/2 carton of strawberries cored, rinsed, and halved
2 TBSP milk
Sugar as desired - I used 3 TBSP ( honey is an alternative if you don't wish to use sugar!)
Directions:
Once the fruits have been properly rinsed and sliced, place in a freezer safe container to freeze. Once cold but not quite frozen, grind them in a blender with the milk and sugar, or honey until smooth. Pour back into the freezer safe dish and freeze for at least 3 hours, or until the firmness you desire. Serve with an ice cream scoop!
